Using the Dashboard

Networks & teams

Group several sites into one network and combine their analytics.

A network is a group of sites whose analytics are combined in one place. Instead of opening each site separately, you switch to the network and read every site together. Networks are part of the plans that include them — see Plans & billing.

#What a network does

When you select a network with the resource switcher at the top of the dashboard, the analytics pages aggregate every site in that network. For example, the HoneyScore page switches to a list with one score per site, so you can compare sites side by side.

#Managing networks

The Manage Networks page is where you create networks and choose which sites belong to each one. It is available to people who can manage the team.

#Permissions and roles

Team Owners and Managers always have full access to every network. For other members, access is set per network:

  • Viewer — read-only access to the network and to every site it includes.
  • Admin — read-only access to the network, plus admin permissions on the sites it includes.

Permissions granted through a network are managed on the network page. They appear as read-only inherited permissions on the individual Site settings page and cannot be changed there.
