Plans & billing
Manage your subscription, usage, invoices, billing details, and payment method.
Honeylog's plan and billing pages let you choose a plan, watch your usage, keep your invoice details correct, and manage how you pay. Which pages you see depends on whether you already have an active subscription.
#Marketplace — choosing a plan
If your team is not subscribed yet, the Marketplace is where you pick a plan.
- Choose a tier (such as Lite, Business, or Enterprise) and a billing interval (monthly or yearly). Each card lists what the plan includes.
- Enter or select your billing details (see below) before checkout.
- Continue to checkout, which is handled securely by Stripe.
#Plan Management — your current plan
Once subscribed, Plan Management is your home for the subscription. It shows:
- Your plan, its cost, and billing interval.
- The status (active, grace period, or cancelled) and the next billing date.
- Usage for each limit on your plan — team users, websites, networks, custom views, and so on — so you can see how close you are to a limit.
- A link to your most recent invoice.
From here you can:
- Open plan comparison to upgrade to a higher tier.
- Manage billing in the Stripe billing portal to change payment method, download invoices, or update the subscription.
- Request a custom plan if you need something beyond the standard tiers.
- End the subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and can be resumed while in the grace period.
#Billing Details
This page holds the information that appears on your invoices: business name, billing email, phone, and address. Some countries require additional fields (for example, VAT or tax codes). Your current details are shown at the top, with previous entries kept below — you can restore an older entry if needed. Saving here also keeps your payment provider record in sync.
#Card Details
This page shows your current payment method — card brand, last four digits, and expiry. Use Update payment method to enter a new card; it is confirmed securely through Stripe and becomes the default for your subscription.
#Past-due custom plans
If your team is on a custom plan and a payment is past due, a dedicated page lets you confirm a bank-transfer payment. Enter the bank name, payment date, and transaction reference, and an administrator reviews it. Access is restored once the payment is confirmed.
